Your credit or debit card details, including card type, card number and expiry date, will be collected solely and directly by our billing partner (“BlueSnap”) for the purpose of processing your payment in any known way. If false or inaccurate information is provided or fraud is suspected, your payment details may be passed by BlueSnap to fraud prevention and credit reference agencies. Law enforcement agencies may access and use this information. You shall have no claim and/or demand towards the Company or any party on its behalf in connection with the usage of your payment details as aforementioned.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information - We collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information automatically when you visit our Site, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser language, and the web page you have visited immediately prior to visiting the Site. This information helps us monitor Site traffic patterns in order to improve our Service.
